• Last Date of Early Bird Registration: 10th July, 2023.
• Author’s full registration in the conference is mandatory to have the paper included in the conference program and the proceedings i.e. student/attendee registration is not entitled to publication in IEEE Xplore.
• All registration categories will have access to tutorials, technical sessions, welcome reception, inauguration, closing ceremony, and banquet.
• Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish up to a maximum of two (2) manuscripts.
• There is a discount of 50% of registration fees for the Authors of the SAARC countries and North-east region of India.
• The manuscripts may contain six pages. Up to two (2) additional pages are permissible with over-length page charges as given in the registration table. The maximum number of pages per manuscript allowed is eight (8).
• Registration fee is based on the attendee/participant’s country/institute.
• There is no refund against cancellation.
• Any refund due to registration amendment can only be done at/after the conference.
